By working with MAXIN&#8217;S, the client gained access to a wider pool of candidates in our database, which is constantly updated.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">Our recruitment campaigns and bespoke selection process have secured new local job candidates as well as candidates from all over Slovakia. Gradually, we have strategically recruited new employees <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxins.com\/en\/services\/international-recruitment-non-eu\/\">from abroad.<\/a> The collaboration resulted in faster and more efficient filling of positions, while reducing the administrative burden on the client.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">MAXIN&#8217;S has gradually evolved from a stable supplier to a strategic partner in the personnel area.
