Door met MAXIN&#8217;S te werken, kreeg de klant toegang tot een grotere pool van kandidaten in onze database, die voortdurend wordt bijgewerkt.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">Onze wervingscampagnes en selectieprocedures op maat hebben gezorgd voor nieuwe lokale kandidaten en kandidaten uit heel Slowakije. Geleidelijk aan hebben we op strategische wijze nieuwe werknemers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxins.com\/nl\/diensten\/internationale-werving-niet-eu\/\">uit het buitenland geworven .<\/a> De samenwerking resulteerde in een snellere en effici\u00ebntere invulling van functies, terwijl de administratieve last voor de klant werd verminderd.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">MAXIN&#8217;S heeft zich geleidelijk ontwikkeld van een stabiele leverancier tot een strategische partner op personeelsgebied.
