Katarína Garajová

General Director

Katarína joined MAXIN’S in 2018 as a project coordinator. Her excellent work and extraordinary results have led her to a leadership position and to become a partner of the company.

As General Director, Katarína covers key activities of the company, including expansion abroad and management of international teams.

Main responsibilities of the Director General::

Strategic decision-making in finance, investment and corporate development
Efficient use of resources and cost optimisation
Representing the company in negotiations with key partners, suppliers and clients
Strategic leadership and development of teamwork
Building a strong MAXIN’S brand image and strengthening the company’s position in the market

Erik Keda

Chief Financial Officer

Erik worked his way up from intern to CFO of the company. At his young age, he has exceptional analytical skills.

Our CFO is the head of financial management and controlling of 14 MAXIN’S Group companies.

The CFO is a key member of a company’s management team who ensures its financial stability, growth and trust from partners and investors.

Management of the finance department
Oversight of accounting, financial and payroll operations
Ensuring compliance with tax legislation, international accounting standards and internal regulations

Terézia Maxinová

Financial Manager

Member of the company’s Board of Directors, who, in addition to strategic financial management, manages MAXIN’S CSR activities.

Since the company’s inception, Terézia has been one of its main pillars, managing the complete back office agenda.

Agenda and responsibilities:

Preparation of financial plans, budgets and forecasts
Analysing financial results and identifying trends
Evaluating profitability and return on investment
Monitoring cash flows and ensuring liquidity
Working capital management (accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory)
Optimising investments and financing
Identifying savings and reducing costs
Implementing efficiency measures
Monitoring and evaluating company expenses
Preparation of financial statements and reports for company management
Ensuring compliance with legislative and tax regulations
Liaising with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities

Juraj Sekera

Hiring Manager for External markets
