Project Background

The cooperation between MAXIN’S and OLDRATI SLOVAKIA started in 2023. The client’s goal was to find a strategic and stable partner in the field of human resources. Based on the client’s requirements, MAXIN’S focused on securing staff primarily from local sources, thereby actively contributing to increasing employment in the region.

We have shown openness and readiness to cooperate with different nationalities living in the Prešov region and coming from different countries, such as Ukraine, Sudan, Serbia and others. Through innovative recruitment practices, we have been able to respond flexibly to OLDRATI’s dynamic needs and have become its key partner.
